All candidates must apply using the Online Application System of the Jagiellonian University. Candidates must also submit the following as part of their application:

BY EMAIL

• Scanned online OAS application signed by the applicant,
• Scan of the most recent diploma obtained,*
• Scan of the applicant’s passport (photo page) or EU national ID card,
• Scan of the candidate’s Curriculum Vitae (Resume) completed in the Europass CV format,
• Scan of the candidate’s Foreign Language Skills document completed in the Europass Language Passport format.
• Scan of motivation letter,
• Scanned document of diploma supplement or official transcript and if the candidate does not have it yet, the photocopy of a student’s record book (transcript) or other document including a full list of courses completed and grades received
• Scanned documents certifying academic experience and achievements and work or interships,
• Scan of sworn translation into English of all documents submitted if they were issued in language other than English (This does not apply only to documents certifying your academic attainments, or internships, or professional training.)

*Candidates who hold higher education diploma obtained outside Poland  are required to submit  additionally the following documents: higher education diploma obtained outside of Poland is required to be authenticated with apostille or legalised.

BY BANK TRANSFER

• Application Fee of 21,00 EUR / 29,00 USD / 75,00 PLN (non-refundable).

All documents must be submitted in English, except for copies of the passport ID page and diploma/degree certificate. All copies should be certified by the respective institutions.

If the degree is not yet conferred, the student will be asked to present proof of his/her status and can present the degree certificate at a later date but before the start of the programme.

Once admitted, the applicant will be required to provide the following additional documents:

Hardcopy of the application, printed and signed by the candidate,
Photocopy of the applicant’s secondary school diploma, maturity certificate, International Baccalaureate diploma (IB) or European Baccalaureate certificate (with its original available upon request
original and official transcript or photocopy of diploma supplement (with its original available upon request). When the candidate does not have one yet upon enrolment, the candidate must submit a written declaration that states that a photocopy of this document (together with its original available upon request) will be delivered by a given deadline. The student will be withdrawn from the university if the proper documents are not submitted by the set date.
One passport photos (35 mm x 45 mm) taken against a white background without a hat or head covering (These cannot be printed photos or xeroxed copies of photos),
Certificate verifying language proficiency (if applicable). See admission criteria.
Proof of nostrification of BA diploma or a signed statement pledging to nostrify the BA diploma within the first six months of the academic year (Applicable only to students from countries outside the EU, EFTA, OECD or those that have no signed agreement with Poland).

All accepted students must present and/or submit the following documents to the Administrative Offices at CES for verification:

• Original diploma of the most recent degree acquired,
• Doctor’s note confirming the student’s good health and capacity to undertake studies,
• Photocopy of student’s visa or other official document ensuring their legal stay in Poland,
• Photocopy of an insurance policy or the European Health Insurance Card held by the student in case of sickness or emergency,
• Passport.
